Design rationale
- One table, one entry point. Officers and PSCs merged; PSC-only records show a "PSC only" chip. The no-PSC declaration self-disables once a PSC exists.
- Wizard instead of one long scroll. Roles → Details → Addresses → Role details → Control → Review. Steps that don't apply never appear; each fits one screen.
- Common fields once. Title, Surname, Forenames, Date of Birth, Nationality, Section 790ZF and both addresses are collected a single time regardless of how many roles are on. The corporate registry box adds to the personal fields (it covers the person authorised on behalf of the company) rather than replacing them.
- Person type first. Step 1 opens with one question — Individual or Corporate — and everything else follows. The per-flow "This Officer is a Company" toggle is gone, and the wizard never asks whether the PSC is an individual: Individual → the default individual PSC flow runs automatically; Corporate → PSC Type offers only RLE or ORP.
- PSC type is a gate — resolved on step 1 so every later step shows the right fields. "Use Existing Member/Director" is available for PSC-only individuals; when officer roles are on with a matching type, reuse is automatic.
- Exact product labels retained, including the three-way Service Address (Residential Address / Registered office / Other), paid-option notes, "London Law to provide address", "Within UK" hiding Governing Law + Legal Form, and the full statutory Nature of Control wording — unchanged.
