Tara Kondrach, a seasoned paralegal whose passion lies in conquering challenges within the legal realm, joined McCleery Law Firm in 2023. Her passion for the legal field shines as a member of their paralegal staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tara proudly graduated from Fairless High School in 1999, laying the foundation for her journey. Following her high school days, she ventured into the skies, attending the Airline Academy in Daytona Beach, FL, only to discover her true calling in the legal field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Growing up surrounded by cops and attorneys, crime held a captivating allure for Tara. In 2019, she took her initial steps into the legal arena as a legal assistant for attorney Seth Arkow. The journey evolved, leading Tara to embrace the role of a litigation paralegal at Black McCuskey in 2022, where everyday challenges became her forte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proudly married for 21 years, Tara navigates life’s adventures with her five wonderful children, a precious grandbaby, and two adorable dogs. Balancing a thriving career with being a full-time, hands-on mom stands as her proudest achievement, showcasing that dedication can overcome any obstacle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When not immersed in legal intricacies, Tara finds solace outdoors. She revels in walks, hikes, kayaking, camping, and the exhilaration of riding bikes. A sports enthusiast, Tara attends games, relishing every moment. Beach destinations serve as her go-to for unwinding and exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tara’s educational journey is diverse, blending the structure of high school with the excitement of aviation studies. This unique mix contributes to her well-rounded approach to life and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What fuels Tara’s passion for the legal realm? It’s the camaraderie with coworkers and the everyday challenges that keep her on her toes. Thriving in an environment where no two days are the same, each case presents an opportunity for Tara to learn and grow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
