- Evidence before claims. We label what is verified, proposed or illustrative, and we show the labels.
- Controls before autonomy. Permissions, approvals and logs are designed first, then autonomy is added as data supports it.
- Quality is part of the build. Test strategy and AI evaluation start with the first sprint, not the last week.
How we work
We work in short increments with demonstrations, keep decisions and trade offs in writing, and agree measures of success before work starts. Engagements can be fixed scope for defined phases or a dedicated team for evolving products.
