Make your knowledge, documents and conversations something your business can act on.
Answers are buried in repositories, claims arrive as unstructured files and customers speak to you in chat and on the phone. We turn that content into cited answers, validated data and resolved requests.
Reference design. Components are options, not a statement of what is deployed at any customer.
4 services in this pillar
Knowledge, documents and conversations are where most business context lives. These services connect that context to your systems with permissions, citations and review steps, so people trust the output.
One representative problem from each of the first services in this pillar. Each service page goes into the cause, cost and approach.
Knowledge scattered across repositories
A new engineer needs to know how to request production access. The answer is partly in a wiki page last edited two years ago, partly in a ticket template, and partly with whoever approved the last request.
A claim arrives with a form, photos, an invoice and a medical letter, each in a different format. An adjuster reads them all, retypes key facts into the claims system and checks them against the policy.
A hotel receives hundreds of messages a day asking about check in times, parking, pet policy and late checkout. Front desk staff type similar answers all day while guests with real problems wait.
A dental group misses calls at lunch, in the evening and during busy hours. Callers who reach voicemail book elsewhere, and nobody knows how many were lost.
